ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">On 27 August, project partners gathered in Anhovo for a full-day meeting hosted by Alpacem Cement.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The event combined technical discussions with an in-depth look at industrial operations and monitoring practices.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\"> The meeting began with an introductory presentation of Alpacem\u2019s production process.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Participants then toured the cement plant, visiting the control room and the heat exchanger.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The Visit to monitoring stations and the plant\u2019s surroundings provided further insight into the company\u2019s environmental management and emission control efforts.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The afternoon session was dedicated to reviewing the progress of Work Packages.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Building on the outcomes of the pre-summer meeting, partners presented updates from their respective tasks.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The discussion focused on consolidating progress, aligning future steps, and ensuring smooth coordination across the consortium.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The host, Alpacem, played a key role in facilitating both the technical visit and the organizational aspects of the meeting, providing valuable context for the project\u2019s work on industrial processes and environmental performance.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">The meeting strengthened collaboration among partners and set the stage for the next phase of
